Hyrox is the ultimate showcase of  fitness, putting all that work you do in the gym, at home or outdoors to the test. Each race starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 natural movement workout and this pattern  repeats 8 times.

Natural Movements

HYROX is inspired by the seven basic movements the human body can perform:  Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. All 8 natural movements plus running have been carefully selected to challenge all human facets without requiring complicated technical training or skills. This is what makes HYROX as a race accessible and safe for everybody.

Mass Participation

Over 98% of our participants complete the race. There are no time caps and no qualification requirements, so everyone is welcome to run and race at their own pace with the continuous support of friends, family and fellow participants. Hyrox will cheer you to the finish and welcome you in style to the #HYSOCIETY.

★ The official World Record in the Pro Division is 55:09 and 53:24 minutes respectively for Men and Women.

Hyrox Championships

Each season culminates with the World Championships where the athletes with the fastest times from each division in each city qualify go head-to-head in the season grand finale.  Further regional championships are held in Europe and North where the ELITE 15 athletes compete for prize money and age groupers can claim the status of European and North American Champions
