Hong Kong 2023 – Day 2

HYROX, the world’s biggest indoor fitness race, is coming back to Hong Kong! Join the #HYSOCIETY and put your fitness to the test on May 13 – 14, 2023! Registration opens on JANUARY 1, 2023!

Whether you’re new to HYROX or are a returning athlete, there’s no time like now to secure your spot at the starting line. HYROX is for EVERY BODY. The combination of running and functional fitness invites athletes of all types to join the HYROX family at AsiaWorld-Expo. Join us at the ROXZONE with up to 4,000 other athletes at the world’s biggest indoor fitness race! We are ready for new records, new challengers and lots of finishers!

Race schedule is broken into 2 days:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Approximate start times (subject to change)
May 14 (DAY 2):
Doubles Women 10:00 am – 12:20 pm
Men Open 12:50 pm – 7:10 pm
Men Pro 7:40 pm – 8:00 pm

*Please note: HYROX Doubles Men, HYROX Doubles Mixed, HYROX Women Open, HYROX Women PRO & HYROX Relays are on Day 1 (May 13).
