Transfer / Rebooking Requests:
If you need to change or correct your booking, or if you can’t find your ticket anymore, please contact us using the email address below.

For inquiries about an event in a region outside the BENELUX, you can directly contact the respective region. All regional email addresses can be found here: https://hyrox.com/contact/.
Note! The customer service always strives to adhere to the transfer rules outlined below.

Transfer Rules:
If you need to change your registration or request a transfer, we only allow changes or transfers according to the following rules:
1. If you register for an event in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can only transfer to the same country where your registration was made.
2. You cannot make a combination of changes, such as switching the event AND changing the participant. You can only make one change at a time.
3. If you register for a SINGLE event, you can change one of the following aspects of your registration up to 1 week before the start of the event:

– The participant taking part, if the (SINGLE) division remains the same (except for a gender change);
– The event you are participating in, to an event of the same year, if the (SINGLE) division remains the same (subject to payment of an additional fee due to a different price level);

4. If you register for a DOUBLES Event, you can change one of the following aspects of your registration up to 1 week before the start of the event:

– One or both participants taking part, if the (DOUBLES) division remains the same (except for a gender change);
– The event you are participating in, to an event of the same year, if the (DOUBLES) division remains the same (subject to payment of an additional fee due to a different price level);
– The HYROX competition (DOUBLES) you are participating in, from Doubles to Singles due to illness of a partner. The other starting spot for the Doubles becomes invalid, and there will be no refund of any fee.

5. If you register for a RELAY event, you can change one of the following aspects of your registration up to 1 week before the start of the event:

– One or all participants taking part, if the (RELAY) division remains the same (except for a gender change);
– The event you are participating in, to an event of the same year, if the (RELAY) division remains the same (subject to payment of an additional fee due to a different price level);

You can make any registration changes by contacting our customer service via: nederland@hyrox.com. Please note that such changes are subject to an additional processing fee of €17.02.
Registration for participation in an event can be done with a voucher, but it cannot be transferred to another person or third parties. Despite any other provisions in these terms and conditions, if you register to participate in an event using a voucher, you cannot change the participant taking part in the respective event.
Ticket transfers between events and divisions will not be allowed if the division you requested is sold out.
